Fees and Process

I provide psychological evaluations for asylum, extreme hardship waiver, T visa, U visa, and VAWA petitions. I do not provide expert testimony — my role is limited to the evaluation and written report.

All evaluations are conducted virtually. I interview clients directly in Spanish or English, so no interpreter is needed — which keeps costs down and preserves the nuance that gets lost in interpreted sessions.

If you don't have an attorney yet, reach out anyway and we can talk about timing. Most evaluations are arranged through counsel, but not all.

Fee
$2,000 flat, including the interview, records review, and written report.
Rush surcharge: $200 for a two-week turnaround.

Standard turnaround is three weeks, beginning once the interview is complete. Reach out through the contact form with your filing deadline and I'll confirm availability.

The process

  • Step 2

    During the interview, we will gather information about your experience and how it pertains to your case.

  • Step 3

    I will provide a report to your attorney, who will discuss with you how the report fits your legal strategy.

Visa Services

  • This visa is for persons who have fled their home country due to persecution for their religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political orientation.

  • A US citizen can apply for this visa if the deportation of a family member would lead to extreme practical and logistical harm or psychological distress.

  • Victims of human trafficking can apply for this visa to live in the US.

  • This visa provides a path to apply for residency for people who have been subjected to a serious crime and who aid law enforcement in the investigation.

  • This visa provides abused partners and children the possibility of obtaining permanent residency.
