Parent Coaching

As a former middle school educator with decades of experience, Ronna has supported children’s unique developmental, learning, and social-emotional needs while working closely with parents and families. She helps parents better understand their children and navigate:

  • School, friendship, and family challenges

  • Parent-child communication and boundaries

  • Divorce and blended-family dynamics

  • Relationships with adult children

  • Young adults struggling to become independent

  • Knowing when to offer guidance and when to step back

As a mother of two adult children and a grandmother, Ronna brings both professional and lived experience to her collaborative coaching approach. Outside of coaching, Ronna loves spending time with family, reading, leading book groups, doing yoga and Pilates, and sharing laughs with friends.

Finding Your Passion

In addition to Ronna’s expertise in the educational world, she is an advocate for women's and children's causes, focusing on elevating their voices, removing barriers, and creating opportunities for growth and connection. She has engaged in service trip to Africa where she helped teach girls to read. If you want support in finding meaning outside of one specific role, Ronna may be a wonderful guide for you.

Ronna's work is guided by these quotes: "Be the person who makes people feel included before they ever have to wonder if they belong." And, "I don't believe you can stand for freedom for one group of people and deny it for others." —Coretta Scott King
